Elizabeth is a dedicated North Carolina Realtor serving the Triangle to the Coast, specializing in helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals with confidence. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a second-generation real estate professional, she brings proven industry knowledge paired with a fresh, modern approach to today’s market.

With over four years of experience and a strong background as the Transaction Coordinator at Triangle to Coast Realty, Elizabeth is skilled in managing and executing every stage of the buying or selling process—pricing strategies, marketing, negotiations, inspections, timelines, and closing. Her clients value her communication, organization, and unwavering dedication to protecting their best interests.

Elizabeth’s local expertise spans Wake, Johnston, and Harnett counties, as well as the coastal areas including Topsail Beach and Surf City. Growing up with roots in both Wake and Harnett County gives her an authentic understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle opportunities throughout Eastern North Carolina. She also works closely with investors seeking rental properties, land opportunities, and fix-and-flip projects, bringing added value through her experience with renovation and development.

Outside of real estate, Elizabeth serves as Vice President of Riley’s Army Triangle, supporting families affected by pediatric cancer. She enjoys reading, traveling, exploring the Triangle, and spending time with her dog. As a proud UNC alum, you’ll often find her cheering on the Tar Heels.
