"My husband and I were referred to and met Karen by pure chance. We moved to Clayton, NC from Cleveland, OH, and asked our Realtor® in Ohio to give us a name. He did not know Karen personally but had heard wonderful things of her through the industry. She called me as we were walking into an open house in NC. We had impromptu flown in on a red-eye that morning just to get a lay of the land. We hit it off immediately and she was stunned, surprised, and literally beside herself that we were actually in NC because she could not be available to assist us that day. Her concern and care were genuine even though I assured her we were just doing some casual looking. From that moment on Karen made herself available to us to answer questions, return phone calls, check on properties, answer emails, and anything else we asked of her. On yet another last-minute trip down, I found the house I wanted and it wasn't even on the market yet as it was scheduled to be open for showings after I flew home. Karen went above and beyond to get me into that house. I boarded my plane home and she had a contract written and ready to be signed by the time I landed. We live in that house now, after much negotiating including, but not limited to, a chicken named Willa.
