Meet Madison Voigt

Madison is a licensed real estate agent who is focused on current real estate market trends. She is a college graduate and has been an agent since 2020. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong dedication to problem solving brings her unfailing success in the fast-paced real estate market.

 

Ambitious, compassionate and persistent, Madison Voigt brings a concierge-like service for our listings and stellar service for home buyers. Known as “the Energizer Agent,” she coordinates with our agents, clients, and vendors to ensure we provide the highest level of service, getting our clients the best price possible and in the shortest amount of time. Whether you prefer phone calls, texts, or emails, she will communicate the way that works best for you and will reply quickly, often outside of standard business hours! All of this while taking the extra time to be sure your documents and agreements are correct and concise. “I thrive on meeting people from a variety of backgrounds and easing their worries and stresses about the home buying and selling process,” says Madison.

 

Living in Fuquay-Varina, she loves all of the robust culinary culture so close to home. “I’m a big foodie and we really do have so many options in this area that showcase such unique flavors from all over the world.”  Madison is passionate about riding horses and states, “my mind goes blank and any stresses go away; turns any bad day into a good one.” She also enjoys going out on the boat with her fiancé and dogs to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and scenery North Carolina has to offer. When not riding horses, out on the boat, or working on real estate, she gets creative in the kitchen and takes great pleasure serving meals to family or friends.

 

Madison grew up in Charleston, SC and cherishes the historical homes, cobblestone streets, and beautiful beaches.

As a way to give back to her community, Madison participates in giving a portion of her commissions to Hope Reins a program, which supports meaningful causes in our local equine community.
