HOW IT ALL STARTED
When some of my favorite clients, Rory and Michelle, came to me earlier this year interested in exploring short-term rentals on the Coast, I got right to work! We explored several different coastal communities before deciding on the charming Oak Island. I presented them with a few different properties, and they landed on a home with so much potential just minutes from the beach. From writing the offer to working with them through closing day, I knew they had found something special in Oak Island.
I understood their goals with this property & saw a unique opportunity to leverage my resources with Triangle to Coast Property Management to help them create a truly immersive & experiential short-term rental that could yield the results they were striving for.

FROM A BASIC INVESTMENT TO AN ELEVATED EXPERIENCE
I pitched the idea of Elevated Experiences to my clients. Elevated Experiences is a full-service offering that transforms basic investment properties into immersive, experiential short-term rentals. We handle everything from design to execution, quickly turning an empty space into a high-demand vacation rental that stands out. All I needed from my clients was a name and budget- and my team and I went to work.
With the tremendous assistance from supporting vendors and the hard work of my team, Seashell Cove was brought to LIFE!
Tatum Croft with Cavendish Lane Designs has a true talent for turning empty and basic spaces into immersive experiences. Tatum and I carefully curated the home to feel like an experiential stay on the Coast. It goes beyond beautiful design to make the home feel like an experience where people can create lasting memories.
With the help of an incredible team of supporting vendors, we transformed this house into Seashell Cove. I want to give special thanks to Kory Kassulke (KR Stone), Cody Davis (Mallard Landscaping), Chris Womack (Womack Electrical Contractor), and Brian Fox (Fox Grading Solutions). We completed this project in just 6 weeks. What a whirlwind!
