Jordan Lake is located only a short drive away and is situated in the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area. Golf lovers will be pleased to know the Chapel Ridge Golf Club, located in the countryside outside Pittsboro, offers avid sportsmen and women access to an 18-hole championship golf course partly designed by Fred Couples himself. The onsite clubhouse also hosts a golf shop and an upscale grill restaurant. However, this is not the only golf course in the area. The Preserve at Jordan Lake is home to yet another incredible semi-private course which was famously voted one of America’s top 40 new golf courses.
