She was very knowledgeable of the market in the area and surrounding areas and was there to help me throughout the process with all my questions and needs. If I could give her more then 5 stars I would! We moved across the country from TX and started the process looking for an apartment and over time changed our minds about 100 times. Madison was so patient and very responsive. She never pushed us one way or the other based off apt/house or commissions. Always squeezed in house showings considering our hectic schedules. She even met us on her way home from vacation to do showings, since we were flying in. She is very knowledgeable about the area, understood what we were looking for, and was extremely helpful looking at homes and pointing out different issues; she noticed (ex: roofs,cracks,window seals ...

I had a great experience buying my first home with Madison as my realtor.
